Log — Sanitizer Concentration¶
Test each meal period + when refreshed. Limits: Quat 200 ppm · Iodine 12.5–25 ppm · Chlorine 50–99 ppm (3-sink) / 50–100 ppm (wipe buckets). Corrective action: out of range → dump, remake, retest, log both readings.
